It was just a decent option for a weekend vacation in Tucson with incredible value for money. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Try to grab breakfast at a nearby spot for better options.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. The bathroom was uncomfortably cold, making my experience unbearable at times. Additionally, the heating system was excessively noisy, disrupting my sleep. It's disappointing that the exterior of the property lacks appeal when the interior seems updated and clean.

the clean and comfortable room made for a perfect base to explore downtown and wander to presideo park, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away for lunch or dinner.

The room was cute, hip contemporary design, great, everything was

clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable, which was crucial for my solo trip. I did notice that the shower soaps were fragranced, which was a bit tough given my sensitivity. Still, the overall atmosphere made it a pleasant stay.

the university inn was a great choice. the room with two double beds was spacious and comfortable. the towels were plush, and the shower worked well. its location is perfect, just a short walk to excellent restaurants in the university area. plus, the outdoor swimming pool is a bonus!

Had a nice 5-night stay in a King Room. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the shades that made it dark enough for a good sleep. Staff was friendly and helped out with anything I needed. Only downside, though—the park across the road looked kinda sketchy at night. Nice spot overall!
